Shelly Webb is the Executive Director of Sharing House. She is responsible for over-seeing and advancing our vision, ensuring that the programs are professionally designed and adequately resourced .  Shelly is available to tell the vital stories of Sharing House to congregations, small groups, businesses, and civic groups.  Shelly is an ordained minister in the United Methodist Church, who has worked extensively in ecumenical and interfaith ministries.   If you would like to contact Shelly, please click on her name above to send an email.

Crisis Assistance Manager

Jackie Curtis is the manager of all crisis services for our neighbors who come to Sharing House.  Jackie trains and supervises a generous crew of volunteers who greet people at our door, and make appointments for our neighbor interviews.  She trains our interviewers to be compassionate and effective. Jackie oversees the use of our crisis service database and manages the distribution of funds for assistance.   If you would like to contact Jackie, please click on her name above to send an email.

Volunteer and Special Projects Coordinator

Megan Parker is our Volunteer and Special Projects Coordinator who recruits new volunteers for Sharing House.  Megan keeps track of the volunteer needs and seeks to fill them with gifted people who have big hearts.  She is responsible for recruiting and orienting volunteers.  She also manages big group volunteer days such as youth groups and civic groups for one-day projects around Sharing House.  Megan also coordinates the “Back-to-School” and “Christmas Blessings” projects.  If you would like to contact Megan, please click on her name above to send an email.

Pantry and Clothing Manager

Pam Schou oversees a system of securing food resources including fresh produce to be distributed to our neighbors in need.  She works with an active volunteer crew to organize, transport and distribute food to the hungry.  She is our liaison to Manna Food Bank and she coordinates special programming through Manna such as "Nutritional Nudges" and "Manna Fresh Express".  If you would like to contact Pam, please click on her name above to send an email.

 
Getting Ahead Program Director

Getting Ahead Program Director

Susan Matthews is the Director of our Getting Ahead Program that encourages low-income neighbors to engage in a self-investigative approach to understanding poverty and what it would take to “get ahead” in life.  Susan facilitates peer-to-peer mentoring groups for those from generational poverty.  The Getting Ahead “investigators” explore the world through the lens of economic-class and develop a future story based on new information.  Susan leads “Bridges Out of Poverty” workshops for groups interested in learning a new framework for understanding poverty.   She coordinates the mentoring training for people who want to learn how to empower and support neighbors who want to “get ahead”.  If you would like to contact Susan, please click on her name above to send an email.

Finance and Operations Manager

Kristine Tuggle is the Finance and Operations Manager of Sharing House.  Kristine is responsible for all aspects of business management including accounting, business contracts, donor estate planning, assuring our financial accountability and integrity.  Her work includes tracking the annual budget, projecting future organizational needs, allocating funds to our programs and monitoring internal financial controls.  Kristine assists with the Annual Fund Report and fundraising strategies.   If you would like to contact Kristine, please click on her name above to send an email.

Property Maintenance and Pantry Assistant

David Burgess works meticulously to keep our house sparkling clean and organized. David is responsible for making our house hospitable to all who come through our doors.  He takes care of minor maintenance, cleaning and heavy lifting and ensures that our building and grounds are maintained in a safe and welcoming manner.   He assists the pantry manager in collecting bulk food items and organizing the pantry.  If you would like to contact David, please click on his name above to send an email.
